NEW BUILDING / MAJOR CONVERSION DESIGN, SUPERVISION & MANAGEMENT:
New Building or major Conversion Design;
New Building or major Conversion supervision acting as Owner’s representative, covering all stages from vessel’s design review to sea trials / delivery
above encompasses the following activities:

TECHNICAL SHIP MANAGEMENT (NAVISPEC IS ISM CERTIFIED BY BUREAU VERITAS):
Providing technical management which includes, but is not limited, to the following functions :
Ø Provision of competent personnel to supervise the maintenance and general efficiency of the vessel;
Ø Arrangement and supervision of dry docking, repairs alterations and the upkeep of the vessel to standards required by the Owners
Ø Arrangement of the supply of necessary spares, lubricating oil;
Ø Management of classification and statutory documentation and surveys, Appointment of surveyors and technical consultants as may be deemed necessary
Ø Development, implementation and maintenance of a Safety Management System and Ship Security Plan as per the requirements of the ISM and ISPS codes.
